As International Overdose Awareness day approaches, we wish to remember those we’ve lost, or whose lives have been changed as a result of drug overdose.
This year, we’re creating a piece of artwork to pay tribute to those people.
We’re also collecting messages for those who have lived through an overdose, and for people who are on their recovery journey.
If you would like to commemorate someone, or leave a message of hope, you can do this by creating a postcard below. To do this, please fill out the form below:
- First, add your name. If you’d like to remain anonymous, please put in your first name only, or ‘anon’.
- Then, pick the postcard design you would like to use.
- Finally, add your message in the box.
Your personal details will not be published.
If at any time you feel you need support, please call Family Drug Help on 1300 660 068 or Lifeline on 13 11 14.
Thank you for being involved in our project.
If you’d like to see the finished collection of postcards, you are invited to attend our Art Exhibit on the 28th of August, at Hawthorn Arts Centre, 12-4pm.
