Peer Support Groups

The Peer Support Groups are run by two MSRS Peer Support Workers. The groups aims to help people affected by substance misuse, and it is a safe place to share experiences, build support relationships and encourage positive change.

It is open to anybody over 18 struggling or affected by substance misuse, including alcohol, illicit drugs, prescribed or over the counter medications. It is a confidential and free group, and you don’t need anything to come along.

Becoming You: An Introduction to Mindfulness, Assertiveness & Setting Boundaries

When: Wednesday 23rd of May, for four weeks.
